Division of Cardiothoracic Surgery, Department of Surgery, School of Medicine, University of Washington, Seattle, Washington A 34-year-old male diagnosed with pseudomyxoma peritoneii presented for an exploratory laparotomy and hyperthermic intraoperative intraperitoneal chemotherapy. A circuit using two roller pumps and a cardioplegia administration set was assembled to deliver the chemotherapy perfusate at a consistent temperature.
